Through this page, you can pay the remaining retreat fee after preregistration for the Insight Dialogue retreat with Phyllis Hicks and Bart van Melik in Venwoude, the Netherlands, held June 27th until July 1st, 2022.
You paid EUR 50 for your preregistration. This amount is deducted from the total retreat fee as stated on the retreat information page. The amount due after deduction of the preregistration fee is:
- Single room – EUR 580 (full price EUR 630)
- Double room – EUR 537,50 (full price EUR 587,50)
- Camping – EUR 490 (full price EUR 540)
Please fill out your name and email address below. Then, select the price option that matches your preferred form of accommodation and the way you’d like to pay: iDEAL (Dutch bank accounts only), SEPA transfer (from any EU bank account or services like Wise), or creditcard.
Kindly pay the remaining amount ultimately May 25, as we have to make a substantial prepayment to the venue. In case paying the full amount at once is a problem for you, please contact is through dutch.idretreat@gmail.com and we will work out a solution.
Credit card payments
Unfortunately, our payment provider charges a 2,8% fee for payments with Visa and Mastercard creditcards issued outside of the European Union. As the retreat fee is calculated strictly on a cost basis, we have no choice but to charge this fee to participants using creditcard. Thank you for your understanding.
If, for whatever reason, you are unwilling to pay this fee, please consider using Wise or a similar service. This allows you to convert many currencies into EUR and perform SEPA bank transfers to any European account, all for very low fees. By using Wise or similar services, you avoid the 2,8% fee and you can make use of the SEPA transfer option.
